Longest lasting polish I've ever usedThis is by far the longest lasting nail polish I have ever used. I love nail polish, but it seems that whenever I use it, within a day it is chipped. I have been given professional manicures as a gift several times as well, and each time, I get a chip or a smudge within 24 hours. Recently, I picked up Essie at my local store because it was on sale, and I liked the ballet slipper color. When I got it home and applied it, I realized that it goes on nearly clear. I put it on Friday to try out the color, thinking I would redo it for a wedding on Saturday. To my surprise, it looked fresh on Saturday. I have now had the polish on for 5 days, and there is not a single chip, even though I have been doing cleaning, gardening, etc. I have a job interview today, and it seems pointless to redo my nails because the 5 day old manicure is absolutely perfect! I will certainly buy Essie again!
Great color
I love the Ballet Slipper shade. It looks very natural and neat. At times, it's streaks a bit, thus why I didn't give it 5 stars. Great color!

It lasted a long time before it chipped but its drys very fast so you have to hurry putting it on.

Very Structured is very nice!I really like this color even though I was hoping it would be closer to a burnt orange color (since I'm a UT fan), but it's still a really nice color and as always (in my experience, at least) Essie's polish is top notch! Now, if only my manicure skills were on par with it's quality...Thanks again, rockandglamorize!

Like all Essie colors I've tried so far, Lady Like dries darker than it appears in the bottle. I was a little skeptical at first, but purchased it anyway. I'm very happy I did. My mom loved the color on me so much she wanted to try it on her nails. This is one of those colors that seems to look better on longer nails than on short ones. On my shade of brown this color looks rather neutral. Not flesh tone or nude, as it's in the mauve family, but neutral in that it would be appropriate for any occasion. It doesn't stand out too much, yet it's still quite pretty. Of the 3 colors I have from the fall 2011 collection, Carry On is my favorite. It dries darker than it appears in the bottle, but not so dark that you lose the purple. I've tried other dark purples/plums by other brands but they were just too dark. This was just right!

beautiful color, slightly darker than pictured but very glamorous. with two coats this color comes out closer to grey. Order went smoothly, was extremely satisfied.
